Spend about eight hours with a driver-guide such as Carlos, learning how Andalusian olive oil is made, tasting the finished oil, and walking through Carmona’s Roman necropolis, churches, gates, and historic squares. Hotel pickup, air-conditioned transport, and a maximum of eight people keep the day easy and personal.

“This tour was a highlight of the trip. Carlos was our guide and was so attentive and patient and informative. We opted for the private tour, just the two of us and Carlos. The Olive Oil tour was very special. We were guided through the olive oil making process by one of the lead tasters and treated to a tasting of our own. We learned so much and the estate was so beautiful. The trip to Carmona was lovely, Carlos found us a fantastic restaurant for lunch and gave us a history lesson about the area and it’s many rulers and kings. 10/10 would recommend, a highlight of our trip…”
